The Plant Place is a design and build company that can take your vision for your property from the idea stage all the way through to the completion stage.

What distinguishes us from other landscape companies in central Pennsylvania is the incorporation of organic knowledge and permaculture (self-sustaining) concepts into our landscape designs.  Our designs are unique, practical, and beautiful, reflecting years of landscape installation experience and ecological awareness.

Our designers will meet with you to collect your ideas, measure the space involved, and make suggestions for plants, materials, and features.  Depending on your needs, our designs can include drought tolerant plants, native plants, edible plants, vegetable gardens, and/or butterfly gardens.  Our ecological designs may include rain gardens, bio-swales, rainwater catchment, patios, trellises, decks, and water features all incorporated into an organic approach to landscaping.
